How do you charge?
Goods cost plus a transparent 10% service fee. Quotes follow engineering standards with a full BOM — you see exactly what you pay for.
Do I need finished drawings to start?
No. Start with references, photos or a rough list. Drawings and BOQ are welcome — we structure the rest with you.
Who controls quality?
Our own team inspects inside the factory, checks packing and documents container loading with photo and video reports before anything ships.
Who handles shipping and customs?
We do. Consolidation in Foshan, export declaration, sea freight and import clearance — door to door, worldwide. For Thailand projects we also run local warehouses and a local team.
What happens after delivery?
We stay responsible. After-sales support, replacements and claims are coordinated by the same team that sourced your goods.
Can I visit China before ordering?
Yes — and we recommend it. We arrange the full trip around your project: itinerary, pre-screened factories and an accompanying interpreter. You choose; we handle everything after.
