Quality control is built into every CIMPEX order as a mandatory step, not an option:
- Before production: specifications, materials and colors are confirmed in writing with the factory; for custom items, dimensions are re-checked
- During production: your merchandiser tracks progress and flags issues early
- Before loading: every batch is inspected at the factory — construction, finish, color match against the confirmed spec — with photo and video reports sent to you
- Defective pieces are rejected and remade before anything ships
Because goods then travel on our own direct line to our own Thai warehouses, there is a single responsible party from factory floor to your site — no finger-pointing between suppliers and forwarders.
